Lakeshore Homes was founded in 2021 by Dave and Josh Shultz, an architect father and a builder son, who saw the need for a design build firm that could simply deliver clients better quality, at a better price, with genuine and personal service every step of the way. Our mission is not only to deliver clients with homes that last their family generations, but to give them an experience that is second to none every step of the process.

There’s something special about life on the lake—the early morning stillness, long summer evenings, and the kind of everyday moments that turn into lifelong memories.
